The ladies at my work are always griping about my pleasant candles not smelling good so I would like to purchase a candle that actually does not smell good to give them something to gripe about, if you know what I mean. Any help would be appreciated.

Just buy a candle that has an overpowering scent. To me Eucalyptus is rather strong. Any strong candle will make them want to gag and then after that go back to subtle scents and see if they still complain.

Go to your local dollar store. Generally there candles are awful. I smell them and want to gag.

    Try Spencers

they might have something. They always have good gag gifts.

This might be a little TOO mean, but you could always squirt a little of this on your candle — or make your own candle with some of it mixed into the wax.

(No, I have never tried this product. But by the descriptions, it sounds NASTY.)

Pour a bit of strong smelling essential oil onto a tall jar. Insert bee wax candles, and tighten the lid. Put the jar on its side and presto you have a really smelly candles. Garlic, curry, onion , and so on work very well too.

You should not be burning candles at your job. It’s inappropriate and shows a lack of respect for others. You all have to share the air.
