This apt. stinks, I need to burn candles and incense…, I assume candles arn’t that bad,

but when all of a sudden the metal part that holds the candle whick is on fire, when the candles out, it seems bad. Isn’t it bad when metal is on fire?

It’s fine. Just blow it out. And make sure to watch your candles closely so you don’t start an actual fire.

it’s fine. people burn candles to the end all the time. don’t burn a candle and leave it unattended or close to something to catch fire

Yes, candles with scents (chemicals) are bad. We get enough toxins in our body’s through the air we breath, toe food we eat and the chlorine water from the faucets.
I don’t know about this metel you say is burning. I’ll bet it is plastic which gives off toxins when it is burned.

this is a great site with an article called “the wick of death”

It explains some dangers of some candles including lead poisoning on base and wick, air quality, how short the wick should be, what candles are not good. It’s worth reading. Helped me too. I wasn’t aware of it.

I have read that some candles are bad to burn.sprays and outlet scents only cover up the the problem. Get a good cleaning product with a clean scent . Wash walls, curtains and clean furniture, A Good Spring cleaning will make everthing smell fresh and clean, and it WILL, be clean.
