Published by Jennifer under Candles

marleyfu asked: I love the scents, especscially during Christmas. The candles are hard to find. Which sites or brands do you like best?
I love Yankee Candles, but they do not have that scent. I even wrote to therm about it asking for it.
Right now, I’m buring Balsam & Cedar.

Why does soaking candles in salt water make them dripless? Does anyone know a scientific reason?

Published by Jennifer under Candles

Felicitaz asked: I read about this online and have tried it twice. Both times it worked beautifully, and the salted candles burned a couple hours longer than the unsalted candles. I’ve used the method on cheap dollar store candles. What does the salt do to the candles to change the way they burn?
